OneCard Solutions Central Transaction Recording System operates and controls the printing system. All photocopiers/printing devices will be networked back to the central point, which controls the complete operation through a validation process, authorisation and recording system. Each printer/photocopier or multi-function device is networked into the existing infrastructure. This allows for transaction recording and a full audit trail management process. It provides real time validation, charging and credits.
