Our helpdesk form is a quick and easy way for you to log a query, request or issue directly with us. There is a facility to attach a photo or screenshot, which is always helpful when logging a specific issue with an error message or light sequence etc.

You will be automatically issued a Ticket Reference Number and we will respond in usually less than one business day.
